ICE provided a complete design and installation of the upsetter process line for the Tenaris Hickman tube manufacturing facility in Blytheville, Arkansas. This project involved full-scale control engineering design, panel design, panel UL fabrication, PLC & HMI programming, and a complete turn-key installation. This project was installed with a stringent schedule and was installed successfully on time and within budget.
